These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Ultimate Outdoors Ltd via our web site, Email, phone or post.

Any contracts resulting from use of this web site or other communication with Ultimate Outdoors shall be governed by English Law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Ultimate Outdoors Ltd reserve the right to refuse orders placed with them.

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice. Items shown are subject to availability.

Delivery Policy

Our standard charge for post and packing to a mainland U.K. address is £3.95 per order up to 15Kg and £10 over 15KG (including packaging). We aim to deliver between 1 and 5 working days from accepting your order. Order by 12 noon, and select next day delivery, and your order will arrive on the next working day before 4pm. If you select this delivery option at the weekend, delivery will be on Tuesday. Please ensure someone is available to accept, check and sign for the delivery. We reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries and resending parcels at cost. We must be notified of any items damaged in transit, short delivered or not as ordered within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days you will be deemed to have accepted the order as undamaged and correct. Quicker, or prearranged time deliveries are possible at extra cost. Please ring or Email for details. If your order is likely to be over 14 days, we will contact you to advise of an expected delivery date. Where your method of payment is by credit or debit card, the card holder address must be that to which the card is registered. Payment by credit or debit card will not be taken until the day of dispatch.Changes to delivery addresses after a package is despatched may result in an additional delivery charge being levied.We regret we are only able to supply to countries within the U.K., European Union and North America where credit card address verification can be made.

Cancellation

Any orders (except personalised or specially ordered non-stock items) may be cancelled before dispatch without cost and any pre-payments will be reimbursed.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt you may return the goods for a refund or exchange for any reason, providing they are returned complete as dispatched, including undamaged packaging, labels, instructions, etc. the goods are not used, and are in a re-saleable condition. Food and other perishable or dated goods, videos, computer software, personalised or specially ordered items, printed media such as magazines, books, etc. are not returnable unless faulty. We recommend that a service be used where proof of delivery is available and adequate insurance. We are sorry that the cost of post and packaging cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as originally ordered. Please send your original receipt with the goods. Where our delivery cost is more than that charged, we reserve the right to deduct the difference from the refund.

Faulty Goods

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold are guaranteed free from manufacturing faults or defects and provide reasonable durability for their designed purpose for a minimum of 1 year from purchase. If you think an item is faulty please contact the store for advice before returning the item. Your receipt must accompany returned goods.

Faulty items returned within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded, provided they are clean and don't show excessive wear. Your return postage will also be refunded. Faulty goods returned more than 30 days from receipt may be sent for repair, or replaced or refunded at the Managers discretion. Where a fault is not apparent, we reserve the right to send the item for testing before deciding on a course of action.
